That is why for long years these methods remained the property of medical history and did not find a decent place among different diseases’ treatments.

Development of biological sciences, especially extending our knowledge in the area of cell biology and cell fundamental characteristics, and also development of methods for their long-term preservation allowed researchers and clinicians to turn to the new, higher level of the stem cells, cellular and tissue preparations potential abilities assessment in cellular therapy of many severe diseases.
